12/07/2011NGS have just been announced as Playing Hard Rock Hells' "Highway To Hell" in Glasgow. October 21st and 22nd 2011!
Chris Reed, one of the best drummers around, and a NGS crew member is moving on to pastures new. We will all miss Chris and his massive contribution to NGS.
Chris has left a message to all the fans and NGS family.

Hey, I’m sad to announce that I’ve stood up from the drum throne one last time and have left NGS. The six and half years I’ve spent with the band have been the best of my life. With my Brothers I’ve seen the world, released albums, been in magazines, on TV and radio, met loads of pretty girls, toured and partied with bands whose posters I grew up with on my wall and made some of the best friends anyone could ever wish for. I really have lived the dream! Although it means I can no longer commit to NGS, a large door has opened for me and I’m in a position in life to walk through it. I’ll be hitting the road from August onwards; touring the UK and overseas, so as far as music goes, I’m still following what I hold dear. I’ll also be involved with a lot of other music, bands and gigs between now and then, but more on all of that some other time. I’ll still be involved with the NGS family, working behind scenes and helping out at gigs when I can as part of the crew, so this isn’t a final goodbye; perhaps I’ll just see you from the other side of the stage. Rest assured NGS is still strong. The rock machine keeps rolling, with the writing for the new album well under way and a killer new line up which I can’t wait for you to see. Leaving NGS has been no easy choice and I’m going to miss all of you. I love you all.
